I have been going to this shop for over 20 years and my experience has been good , but since the elder’s have left there kids in charge they have unfortunately not taught them any customer service skills on how to speak to people with respect.
They can’t even get simple order over the phone correct, when you try to correct them they become irate and disrespectful.
There business has been built on the community around them who respect and trust them, but this can all back fire with disrespect there kids are showing with the way they deal with customer.
They need to get a grip on this before it’s too late.
