Pick up of small electrical item ordered online was without problems.

I’ve tried to get my parcels delivered to this shop in a few occasions and every time there is a problem. It’s so messy and disorganised I’m surprised they can find anything. Today, whilst standing on some other poor soul’s parcel, the gentlemen who runs the place said he could not find my item. After getting frustrated at my persistence he finally found an item with my name on it but it turned out to be the item that got lost in there a month ago! I got the parcel delivered there to make things more convenient but now I have to file a claim.
