Absolutely loved this place. Got a gift voucher for my birthday and had a facial and eyelash extensions. Fab treatments- lashes lasted forever. Cosy and clean. definitely going back!

Very Upset. I arrived to my appointment for a full set of lash extensions. I had mascara on so they wanted to charge me 10 pounds just to take it off! I asked if I could just have some solution and take it off myself. But the 'manager' refused. They sooner let me walk to tescos to buy wipes and take it off myself. Awful customer service. You would think after purchasing the treatment which is expensive enough they would not charge a further TEN pounds just to remove some mascara. Madness. After I had the lash extensions it just looks like I have mascara on, not particularly long, lovely lashes. Waste of time in my opinion. And rude staff. Don't go.
