I have just moved to Chiswick and trying to find out where to go in the local area for treatments.
I had the misfortune of trying Benefit Chiswick for waxing.. I called and made an appointment for a standard bikini wax. It was all fine we confirmed that I was there for a standard wax.
The waxing style was like none I have experienced before (not in a good way). The girl worked away not saying much until my time came to pay. I was shocked to discover that I was being charged £27 for a £16 bikini wax. Why because I had a little taken off the top which was clearly worth £11 extra and constituted as a G-string wax.
My previous beautition was a lovely woman who was in the industry for 25 years and always expressed how saddened she was by the robotic training of the up and coming girls/ boys in the industry. I think she is right as clearly Benefit have guide lines which cannot be broken and god forbid the staff think for themselves.
As a result of the lack of flexibility Benefit have lost this customer and an office full of portential customers. I hope this £11 covers the cost of that shortfall. This customer has lost her underwear that is now covered in wax.
