The other review here isn't about Savers Ealing at all and is a particular product gripe.

The team in Savers on The Broadway in Ealing is always friendly and helpful, despite the fact that the shop is one big bargain bin. The range and quality is better than a pound shop, and I find the staff in Ealing to be friendlier than in most supermarkets. It's hard to beat and deserves a mention. Would heartily recommend it to anyone!

On 29/8 I purchased a bottle of Bitney Spears Fantasie perfume from Savers at Retford, Notts. On 5/9 I returned to buy a further bottle when I was given a free Fantasie sarong gift. When questioned, the shop assistant said the assistant on 29/8 must have forgotten to supply me with my free gift. I returned to shop on 8/9 with both receipts to ask for my additional free gift. Was then told they had none left due to recent rush of sales. On my first purchase there were 3 bottles on sale on the shelf. I have purchased two and there is still one bottle left so where was the rush??? The store in question is in Retford, Notts., and I would like to know why staff are not supplying free gifts supplied by companies for purchasers of specific products???
