The review given in 2011 is so so true. They are rude and very unprofessional. Disappointing service. Unfortunately I found the dispensing clerks are also selective in who they show respect to. Training in customer care is needed.

This is one of the worst pharmacy in London! the staffs were so rude and did not help me at all,they were ignoring me while i was speaking which was annoying . This is an awful pharmacy not recommended at all!!!
