I've always had very good service at Lloyds, and I go there regularly for repeat prescriptions. I find the staff friendly, helpful and efficient.

Really unreliable for prescriptions, often out of stock or not ready when requested. Prescription request service is a shambles with wrong drugs being requested and requests being not ready, not requested or completely lost altogether. Record keeping is poor, being a messy mix of manual paper based processes, cards and unreliable computer records.
