House mate went there for winter jabs. One of the staff was coughing heavily whilst stood in front of a fan, and announced happily "oh everyone who works here has had this cough."

24 hours after housemate is now suffering the identical same continual dry cough.

It seems utterly mad to employ a human who is content with being a super spreader, risking the lives of countless vulnerable people in their community.

Consequently let's wish Boutalls a rapid and swift liquidation allowing more professional (and safer) pharmacies to flourish.

I was appalled at the level of rudeness I received today from the chemist himself an d his colleague with short dark hair on the till.
I use this chemist to collect my prescriptions regularly and all but one member of staff are never very friendly at the best of times . I ring to request my prescription they tell me its ready to collect, I go in to collect it and it never seems to be the right time of day for them, I am always asked to come back, 20-30mins later usually it's not too much of a problem for me but don't really understand why. Today I called in to collect, the woman at till couldn't even look at me and said come back in an hour, she really does lack social skills . I said can I sit and wait as I was in pain and couldn't do much walking she said no I would have to come back I am a pensioner disabled and this is a 15 min walk for me, they said it was lunch time they were far too busy, they hadn't had a lunch break, don't come between 12 and 2 for your prescription. I said I have never been told this and the chemist answered well you have now. I was then given, well almost thrown my prescription that was already bagged up and ready to go. Took him less than a minute.

The very best chemist I've had the pleasure of using.
Staff are polite, friendly and professional. There is never a rude word amongst themselves and to us.
I have no complaints, just impressed by this Chemist.

The best pharmacy I've ever used, will go out of their way for you and are always very friendly and accommodating. Had a little tingle of pride when I saw how good the other reviews are on here because they really deserve them!

This is the best of chemists. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgable and efficient, the stock is wide ranging and excellent, and everyone who works there is always immensely helpful, informative, sympathetic, charming. A visit to Boutalls not only fulfills a need, but is also a pleasure.

A fantastic local pharmacy! All I need to do is ring them and they will collect my prescription from my DR's. Always willing to go the extra step. They know all the locals and regular customers by name. And always happy to chat and give personal advice. Very nice and super professional. Also willing to get new products in for you if you ask them. Can not more highly recommend!

They were great - they only had two of the items left but then rang around all their other stores (and friends owning other pharmacies) to see if they had stocks. And then they shipped them to the Lambs Conduit store for me to pick up. Such a change from usual poor service these days.

Always helpful. A proper family-run pharmacy that goes the extra length. They will happily call ahead and arrange/collect repeat prescriptions for you and get in anything you wish that is not on the shelves. First rate!
