This used to be a lovely local neighbourhood chemist, where the staff knew everyone and they were very friendly.

Now there is a new chemist working there that is rude, and seems to want to follow the letter of every prescription with the intent of being difficult to customers.

This business has been around for years, so it's a shame to see a few bad staff members ruin it. After many many years of going there, I won't be going back!

I've spent a fair bit of my life in Baywood Chemist. Everyone is kind, even under pressure of serving a very busy surgery next door. Meki, Yogin (sp?), Pam (sadly gone) and another pharmacist whose name I do not know, but he is lovely to see and full of significant information regarding health - they all go out of their way to help and do their best in face of Big Pharma and online competition. Thankfully they have come through Covid!

Fantastic little pharmacy in the middle of unrecognisable Notting Hill - all for fad and quick expensive fixes. One of the rare old shops to survive, it keeps some of the spirit of the old place. Very helpful and friendly - even in the face of rudeness as witnessed !

It also has a very very good range of products, expensive but quality...

Best of both worlds... Please don't get "hand-bagged" out as too many good place have in the last decade !

I walked in today with a my hand bleeding quite profusely in a hurry to get to an interview. I was not able to buy a band aid due to the £5 limit despite my offer to pay extra to cover the transaction. No compassion or help was offered instead I got a disgust filled stare as I panickedly looked for something extra to buy (which I could not very well take with me to an interview). It was not possible to buy a single band aid and they couldn't even spare a tissue. Pretty horrible little place really that is just cheating itself out of money with these practices.

This pharmacy is very quick in preparing prescriptions, in 5 minutes or less you have it ready. I live 10 minutes away and go there just because of that. They have sometimes 3 or 4 prescriptions to go and they are fast not like Boots which takes ages and you have to wait at least 25 minutes. I am always happy to go there.

I've used this Chemist for something like 25 years.

They are reliable, offer a good & pleasant service.

What more could you want?

Went to this pharmacy just couple of days ago and the customer service was digusting. The bold little pharmacist with spectacles was not sympathetic at all, and very rude as his attitude was if your going to buy something quick or get lost. I was poorly and thought its probably due to him being under staffed and he couldn't deal with pressure but thats no excuse. He seemed to be more interested in selling than me, he had no clue of talking to people. As a pharmacy its pretty and neatly organised but staff could learn a few lessons on customer service.

This is a great little Pharmacy. Not sure if it is part of a chain! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the items they stock are very unique! I have found things here that no other Pharmacys keeps! Its a great little gem to shop in. Liked it a lot. My whole experience was great.

Very unfriendly. This is 2nd visit with about 5 years in and quickly remembered why I avoided this place. Rude, unfriendly, uncommunicative, thank you obviously not part of vocab, apart from pretty blonde that they all fawned over! Must have to be notting hill set to get decent service! Will avoid!

Neighborhood chemist which obviously offers a useful service next to the local GP surgery. However on a recent visit found to be extremely uncompassionate in time of emergency. Cold service verging on rude, and the prices match the fact there isn't any competition in the close vicinity.

I work for Supplier to Baywood Chemist and now very happy to have a Very Good Friend here in this Lovely Shop.... These people that work here are some of the nicest people that I get to speak to and I talk to a lot. BUT Baywood always have time for me and always speak to me as if I am Special which I am not but Pam is, and along with Yogin this must be Number 1 in this area.... WELL DONE to you for your excellent approach and service .... Annie

This is a lovely chemist in the hart of Nottinghill gate. It has a fantastic range of goods with a great service thown in. I must say we had good shopping experience and it is nice to know that in a big city like London you can still get great little gems like this.
