The Sheen branch is fine but the Barnes one is awful. They turned me away in the winter after arriving at 6pm (closing time) with a prescription from A&E for an inhaler - I had a severe chest infection and could not breathe. The 3 staff members refused to serve me despite my pleas. Inhumane.

I have been a customer of RTC for many years and have taken all my prescriptions- and there are a lot as I take 9 different pills daily- to them. Generally I have had a good service but last week I was badly let down and wiil go else where in future.Last Thursday(21/4) I was due to leave for three days in Berlin when I realised yhat I had run out of a pill(tamulosin) which I need to take daily. I popped in and explained my predicament but they said they were very busy and could not help intil the afternoon. I explained that I would be on a plane by then but they would not budge. I went elsewhere and was looked after witin ten minutes; the pharmacist there was amazed that RTC would not help a longstanding customer but was pleased to get a new client. Over the years I have bought pretty well all my toiletries at RTC but will no longer do so; this morning I bought some Clarins aftershave costing 22.50, which I would normally have bought at RTC, elsewhere. I think the staff in Church Road need to change their attitude if they want to avoid losing a good customer.
