Boots The Chemists

I went to boots today in Golders greeen, the 9th of May at 11. I was attended by a member of staff young woman with brown hair and glasses. Her poor attitude and inability to extend basic courtesy shocked me. Not even thank you. She was extremely rude. Unfortunately I could not speak to the store manager today

Boots Pharmacy staff are great, however since the store manager changed, things are not the same. Every time I went to the store, I found the store manager in the pharmacy section dispensing medication. On my last visit, I was issued with the incorrect version of my regular medication. I was told the computerised prescription did not clearly indicate that it is the "Sugar Free" version. I gave them the benefit of my doubt. The duty pharmacist agreed to call me if there was a delay in getting my medication the next day.
As I didn’t receive the call, I went in to collect and the store manger was at the pharmacy counter. When I asked for my re-issue, he made excuses. When I asked him , why I was not informed as agreed, he said he was not aware that the duty pharmacist agreed to call me. As the store manager is a hands-on person,he should have kept me informed. The staff here are absolutely delightful. The only boots I know of that opens until late on a sunday. Sunday staff are brilliant, probabaly better than the weekday staff which are different people. Would recommend this boots to every one in the area. Agree with the above comment. You have to be weary about the theives around. Many of them seem to be circulating this area. Staff are fantastic. Keep it up!

This boots is the best by far in the brent area. I really trust the staff as they have been there for along time and have made great friendships with some members. I prefer this pharmacy over warmanfeed & jethrows as I find I am lookwd down upon by the staff in the other two chemists.
I do caution shoppers at boots Golders Green as there are alwaya theives present in store at any given time and I sympathise with the staff. All in all I would recommend it to a friend.

I have used this pharmacy maybe 20 times over the last the 5 years and unfortunately I have had to stop using it because of the extremely poor attitude of the staff. The dispensers and pharmacist have actually shouted at me when I try to submit prescriptions and pretend not to understand what I say and make the classic strained expression to show that they can't make out what I want.

My mother has had an equally unsatisfactory experience using this pharmacy. The one and only time she ventured in there, a member of staff was detailed to follow her around. It seems that at close to 70 years old she was suspected of being a shop lifter.

I know this blog is meant to be constructive, but I feel that the staff are actually actually racist and need to be changed.

So please if you are black try one of the neighbouring pharmacies (Jethro's is good)
