Totally useless pharmacy. Don't expect a prescription over the weekend. Woman in front of me was told they had no script for her, check back tomorrow (which would be Monday). I know the 111 doctor called in mine yesterday, but she had no record of it, and then "couldn't access the smart card". I needed it today. I've had to use them in the past and it's never been a good experience. I prefer local independent pharmacies, but had to give this a try because it's the weekend. Don't bother.

Very unprofessional run Pharmacy, staff need to to trained on how to deal with customers as they lack customer/communication skills. I have been calling the main line from around 9.00am this morning to enquire about a prescription that my doctor had sent its now after 1.00pm and still no answer.

They need a training : “how to be polite”

rude indeed, unhelpful and arrogant staff.

Rude staff, Under staffed, People pushing the large que and the staff ignoring it to avoid confrontation.
