The staff provide an extremely poor service here, especially in the pharmacy.
They all seem to be too busy fussing about with stock-taking and clipboards to be bothered to actually serve you, which means there are always huge queues at the prescription counter at any time of the day.
I would not recommend going here for a prescription, unless you enjoy being kept hanging about for half the day.

On the positive side, at least they have some self-service tills on the ground floor now, which makes things a bit quicker. They don't always seem to be working, though.

The managers at this shop need to understand something about staff-loading, and should be sending their staff on a few customer-care training courses in my opinion.
