Don’t use this pharmacy if you require repeat prescription and want you medication on time. Unless you’re prepared to be left without any medication as they won’t listen to you when you say you run out of medication. Instead they rely on their own records which may not be correct which they will acknowledge.
The best advice the pharmacy gave me today when I complained was to go and join another pharmacy, which I’ve done.
