Grove Park Pharmacy

i have only nice things to report. the stuff has been always kind and helpful to me. they help and investigate if a prescription seem to be stuck between GP and Pharmacy. The stuff remembers my name, which is awesome so I do not have to spell it every time I fetch a prescription. They seem to be busy which a value as a good thing, but even though they are, I never have to wait longer than 2 minutes to be seen. I like that they listen to the customers and are not anonymous. After a while they seem to remember everything related to my prescription requests, which makes it so much easier to be a customer, sometimes in much, much pain.

Very helpful staff. I use this chemist at least once a month for my regular perception which is upto 14 items, as i have a varetity of needs. They will also lend my a few days medication if I run.
Very good service will always tell people about the good service I receive

This pharmacy has been incredibly helpful to me. Not only do they provide a fast efficient service, they are knowledgeable and pay attention to the needs of the people whose prescriptions they fulfill. As I'm on regular medication for various ailments, its reassuring that they know and check what's being prescribed for me.

I can agree with the other reviews to a point. Once I lost my prescription and on investigation was told it had been taken to Grove Park Pharmacy. This was not the pharmacy I was planning to use and when I requested the return of my prescription I was told they could not do so, I had no choice but to fill my perscription there. They didnt have stock, so I had to return there the next day. I thought that was most disgusting.

On the other hand when my late relative had cancer, they regularly and on time filled and delivered all prescriptions.

It is true that the pharmacy is opened seven days a week which is a bonus, you never know if and when yu need a pharmacy on a Sunday. But to purchase any of the products that are for sale in the shop, well I wouldnt, because in my opinion the products are very expensive, you may find cheaper in other pharmacies or supermarkets. And no, the staff do not seem to smile much when I do use them!!!

I totally agree with David and anonymous. Lets cut it short, to say the least the pharmacist could atleast smile when you walk in to his chemist but that just seems to hard for him to achieve. Why go here when you can go down the road to Harris Chemist and get treated more like a welcomed individual rather than a feeling less body with a prescription in your hand? Sorry guys but this chemist has a thumbs down from me :(

This chemist's service is aweful. You have to wait endlessly. The staff are very rude. Far from having your interests at heart. Im an old guy who needs his medicine ontime without forget. All they care of is to make sure my prescription is braught to them istead of anywhere else. Would definately not recommend. You should go else where Very bad owners. With bad attitudes. Who just dont care. This has happened on a repeated basis. Will never be going there again.

to be honest this chemist is not the best one.....the waiting time for prescriptions is not good and most of the time you have to come back for the items anyway!!!!
they are open 7 days a week which is a help if its a sunday and you are ill but i would only use this as a last option sorry guys.....
