Their service is quick however the staffs facial expression, their tone and way they talk is not that welcoming. They seem to be upset or angry all the time. The old man once told me off for calling over the phone to enquire regarding medication. He told me I was wasting his time as they were short staffed. Their mannerism are as if they are giving things for free, even those that give things free have smile as they are genuinely trying to help however the staffs there are something else. The woman told my child off for coughing. The lady who handed over the medication looked had no smile just explained the meds and walked off.
It’s better to avoid at all cost.

I would recommend Browne’s chemist to all, I have been dealing with them for many years they have never let me down staff are always helpful and delivery drivers very good. I have just heard that Sue is leaving I am sorry to hear that she will be greatly missed. Many thanks to you all for everything you do. X
