Heron Pharmacy

I have been with this pharmacy since I was a child. The customer service they provide has been excellent. Throughout covid period they have been delivering medications to patients on time, without delay. My neighbours have reported this too. The pharmacists here are very knowledgeable. When I've had issues with repeat prescriptions (because they have not been prescribed by the GP) they have always taken time to communicate with the GP to try and resolve the matter. The staff that work there care about patients and try their best to help. Very grateful to the alpha/heron pharmacy team for their hard work and quality of service they provide. Thank you!
