In my dealings with Cranston Ltd, I have found the management and staff to be both efficient and helpful. For example: there were two products that I required but they were generally hard to find. The staff members kindly found the supplier and ordered them for me. They have continued doing so, despite the fact that they are not products that other customers would ask for.
