They stock many cosmetics, nail varnish and essential everyday products.

When my husband was ill at home they delivered the prescription to my door as soon as they received them !

Overheard the actual pharmacist herself and staff, talking about how stupid customers were.

I'd remind this business that there are elderly people visiting the shop, and if they wish to maintain business relations with the local community, they should act in a more dignified and respectful manner.

If the ladies concerned feel that the customers are stupid, then they should perhaps seek employment in another field. I would also respectfully suggest that it is in fact they, who are lacking in basic manners and intelligence.

Always very helpful. They pick up the prescription from my doctors around the corner.

we go to frith's in cheam village and they're superb! they collect our prescriptions from the doctors for us, check all medicines against others we're taking and will give good advice any time you ask. they are all so friendly and helpful - even knowing us when we 'phone and ask them something!! if they ever had to close it would be like loosing a best friend - we would fight tooth and nail to keep them in the village - they're an essential part of our lives!

This is the epitomy of a local family chemist - they know their customers, greet them by name and are happy to talk about anything that's bothering you and then offer advice or point you in the right direction.

The hub of the Village - we all need this type of service and care
