I wouldn't even select 1 heart if I didn't have to! This place was filthy before the Covid outbreak and so I cancelled my membership due to the unhygienic wet facilities. I though that having been closed down over Covid they would get their act together and give the place a good clean and repair the broken showers and machines. Going back recently now I am more disgusted to see it worse than before, I went swimming this morning and there were people's used plasters and tissues floating in the POOL!!!! I would never dream of putting my foot on the floor and the showers are covered in hair and scum.
The pool cleaner (I found out) does not start to clean the pool until after 10am (if not later). If it wasn't for the fact that they overcharged me on my membership I would not go back! The customer service is appalling and they have no interest in making you feel welcome or listening properly when I was complaining about the filthy pool. Don't waste your money or time on this place they have let it run to ruin.

Awful customer service, very dirty and lack of equipment specially weights .....would never go back again

The customer service does not exist. Out of 6 workers i meet in a week, only one (a polish black hair girl) was very nice and customer service oriented. The rest absolutely disappointing: they don' t even look at you when they talk to you(if they talk and don' t ignore u!), they are not able to be a bit apologetic when wrong, making the customer feeling uncomfortable and at the wrong side. They show you around without any interest in their job, with a lazy and bothered attitude and always in a rush forgetting to mention important information!my suggestion is to hire people passionate and able to do a customer oriented role. They pushed me away and i haven t even used the gym yet! I regret i had subscribed to be honest. Guys remember that who comes there is a human being and also is paying!!
