Lions Den Gym

Hi I'm a middle aged mum. I've been going for 1 month and about to sign on for another 3. I really enjoy it considering i've not bn to a gym for years! Staff are helpful & friendly. I thought i'd be embarrassed but I feel totally at ease.There is a good selection of equipment and I'm already seeing results. Nothing is ever perfect but im pleased I took the plunge!

The gym has started to suffer due to the focus on Mma. The state of the dumbbells is appalling most of the coming to pieces and even after 6 months not being replaced even after several requests for a fix. Overall very poor management of resources.

Most of the staff are friendly however there is someone who comes across verbally abusive and initmidating creating a hostile environment. Often singling out member and literally shout at them.

I would advise you find another gym until these issues are rectified. Similiar price local alternatives are available.

The atmosphere is great. People are really friendly and the classes really do put you to the test. Great place
