I visited Rios for the first time last Friday and had a great time,i had a few drinks first and carried a half bottle of whiskey to drink inside.It wasnt long when i was confronted by a lovely couple in their mid fifties and we got chatting we had a nice drink to break the ice and then the lady suggested we all go to one of the private rooms,well i was taken to heaven and back we had a blissful time for 2 hours solid.I will certainly be going back again

Been to Rio's about a dozen times since 2002, the customers are usually friendly and sociable but unfortunatly the female staff never really make the effort to chat.

Last week I visited Rio's, which I had been told was a naturist venue. Upon entry, I was greeted by a receptionist who took my entry fee and asked if I wanted a massage, which I declined. There are saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, showers, a swimming pool, an outdoor garden (with fake lawn) and some "private rooms" with beds in them. The patrons there were mainly draped, in towels or swimwear. Some ladies also wore plastic caps/bags on their heads. Hardly naturist! And the place was dirty, especially the floor. First time to rios on a Friday afternoon. Don't mind being naked but nervous entering building! It's on such a busy street. Disappointed that there were very few women, and the few that were there weren't even naked! Anyway hooked up with a couple and had lots of fun on the private room. Well worth it!

clean the place up abit the staff do not seem to worry about towels everywhere the locker room is dirty and in need of a coat of paint. the swimming pool is to cold but it is only for posing from as you can stand on the edge and look at the talent

Well I read all sort of things about this place and quite frankly did not know what to expect. I went there to get a legitimate massage and then use the facilities which is what I did and I was very successful. The masseuse is awesome and is not the kind of massage you might be thinking about :) Some people are naked but it is hardly a naturist club. Some lonely man do try to pick up women in the venue (and some apparently succeed) but at least during the day is not a swinging place. If you want to relax and don't mind see a few people naked, it is well worth it.

I visited London in June of this year and as usual paid a visit to Rio's on a Thursday afternoon. After I had three enjoyable hours there I decided to leave. I went into the male changing room and a lady was also there totally nude and using the facility. We started to chat and of coarse my eyes were focused on her body which she noticed. I invited her to the jacuzzi and she willingly acepted. Then into the sauna where we both massaged each other. We then went into one of the private rooms where we spent an hour. I will be returning to Rio's again in November. A great place to visit.

went at start of July and plan to return this week. We arrived as a couple just as the place opened to single men at midnight on Saturday night. This was our second visit and we had a great time. We relaxed in the spa bath and steam room, had a play in the pool before heading to one of the private rooms to finish off. I've been to Rios a few times over the past 15 yrs with a male friend & we've had some mates with benefits fun together there, enjoying freedom to relax nude in a sauna - down at heel and tacky in many ways, but comfortable enough. Having heard a lot about this place I thought I would give it a try one day after work. It was reasonably busy. People of all descriptions and ethnic backgrounds. Wasn't sure what to expect. Some guys and girls were completely nude whilst other chose to cover up some bits. Well worth a try. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. People of all ages too. Not as intimidating as I thought it would be.

Is it a true naturist spa? Being a naturist, I have felt intimidated there because so many people wear clothing such as swimwear or shorts. I was recommended Rio's as a naturist venue, so I didn't expect to pay the admission to be amongst non-naturists. I have raised this with the management but they're not interested in my feedback. The staff in general were polite (but not necessarily friendly unless you're one of the regular clique). The only plus I can give is that the facilities are excellent, including the swimming pool and garden.

Myself and my girlfriend fancied something different and found the place to be very opening and friendly. My girlfriend spent most of the night in her bikini as we had not been anywhere like this before.

positives - private rooms with panic buttons and great vibe.
all in all for our first night we enjoyed it and will be going back on another saturday night. (couples only night)

ugly not ugly .. we go there regularly for legitimate intense saunasto sweat and purify our bodies and particularly love the the cold plunge pool... in any nudist spa or at least clothes optional place like this you are always going to have the players the peepers the lookers and the waiting for a opportunity kind of characters... but at the end of the day-night (though we have never stayed much past 12 )it is a superior place to really relax sweat watch Tv on their big screen ... and its fun and liberating to relax and just run around naked ...ha ha truly though its one of a kind

Complete waste of money! Mostly ugly, fat and unkempt who get off gawping at people !
We were a group of mmf (good lookers) and were sorely disappointed and realized that before we went when we were told "no refunds, love"...
What we will say - people are very polite and considerate to others, especially the black guys who offered countless massages and compliments ;-)
It is clean by UK standards but nothing like a continental sauna!

showers and saunas need to be monitored more regularly to keep quality control in terms of hygiene.staff are friendly,sandwiches are fresh but the hygiene issues need to be addressed ASAP

The last person 2 comment about waste of money an ugly people. U must be a very broke an up tight person. The venue is wicked U can relax in pools saunas steam room jacuzzi get wicked massages even order food. When I first went there I couldnt beleave they had places like this in england. Its most defo a spot 2 visit.......

Went here for the first time today, not sure what to expect. Atmosphere seemed quite relaxed. Steam room, spa and jacuzzis were good. Did not get any real interaction but perhaps would be slightly better atmosphere on a weekday night when place is a bit more lively. Would return with a friend.

Having visited Rio’s for the first time, my first thought Hey, nice! However, after about 2/3 hours found to be boring,as I didn’t really get to chat/mingle with enough ladies (found myself with large group of men :( sadly to say as I prefer being in company of women).Staff are not very helpful either. Ladies! Catch me chatzone3atgmaildotcom if u wish to go as mix couple, I'll pay. Overall,a wonderful place to relax,if that's ALL you're looking for.

If you're NOT looking for a "good time" or a "bit of fun" but simply want to find a REAL naturist venue with a balanced male / female setting then search in Google for ClubNat. It's a women only club but members can sign a guest in irrespective of gender (boyfriend, husband, partner, friend etc).

Well first of all everyone has ther own opinion . Mine is ,if your open minded then you will like it . I have been going for 19 years and I love the pamper and chats.If you like that too you will enjoy it . Though if you do not like being harrassed then all you have to say is " sorry not interested " its simple .The best time to go is from 11a.m till 6 p.m as it can get very busy indeed and you may feel intimidated by to many men .. The staff are lovely and the management will not tolerate rude abbusive behaviour .. So try it you either like it or not.

The women who work there are OK but definitely not what I would call helpful or welcoming. The facilities are good though and it's more about meeting other customers. Would definitely go back but not expect much from the staff. They walk around and fold towels. That's basically their job

I go to rio's regularly and have never had any problem's there with it's two sauna's 3 steam rooms as a single male it is well worth the £20 entrance fee, if you want it you can even book a massage £30 for 1 hour a good massage.
There is even a garden if the weather is nice you can sunbathe naked out there as well,
the staff are all friendly and helpful

We had spent £26 for this terrible experience... we ended staying there for 3/4hr... we couldn’t get out of the place quick enough - what a waste of time... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
If you are looking for a cheap thrill and you have no standards then this place is where to go... you will certainly get a choice of ugly, uglier...the choice is endless... go there at your own risk!!!!! Don’t expect to find a good looking couple to play with cause let me tell you - you will be sadly disappointed....
