If you don't mind hearing people chatting and footsteps and other noise during your treatments, then this is the place for you. However, I booked a massage intending to relax and simply could not. I addressed my concerns to the receptionist who smiled, charged my credit card, and told me I might have better luck next time. My advice is go to other spas in London, there are plenty good ones with private treatment rooms, instead of the Agua ones which are divided by curtains that provide no sound barrier.
