The biggest problem is that, despite advertising that they run classes all day, they can actually only accommodate a couple of people at a time. This means classes after work are fully booked months in advance. I have been unable to find any available slots in the evenings - they just offer me classes during the day, which is completely useless for those of us who work. I tried cancelling my membership, but they kept taking the monthly payments. As a result I now have 70 classes that they have taken money for, but which I can't use because they don't have any classes available for me...!

This studio is full of very talented and dedicated trainers who really know there stuff!! They always make you feel comfortable and are very supportive!! I love the space and all the staff rock

Best classical Pilates studio in Putney. Teachers are very well trained and the staff is very friendly.

I came to The Pilates Room after a serious shoulder fracture. My orthopedic doctor had recommeded Pilates to rehab my injury. Four years later, I can regularly keep my body conditioned, strong and healthy! I love the varied exercises and workouts that my teacher has created for me.

I currently attend the Fulham location of this chain of Pilates studios. The classes are superb and I have now swapped the gym for Pilates classes. The Pilates Room's friendly team have ten years experience in Pilates training and have helped me reach my goals.

Please do not sign up with this company for pilates. The owners do not have any business sense or people skills. They will continue to take money from your account, even if you cancel. There are plenty of other places to do pilates in the area, and ones which do not rope you into a 6 month contract, which cannot be cancelled.

My life has changed thanks to The Pilates Room. I enjoyed the personalised workouts offered by their experienced Pilates teachers. The Putney studio is amazing!

I can't believe the other 2 comments criticize that a The Pilates Room run their business like a business.

I have been a client of The Pilates Room for over 4 years now and I absolutely love it. I go to both the Putney and the Fulham studios and their staff are always very friendly and make you feel like one of the family. I recommend it to everyone :-)

These guys are all about making money and have zero customer service. Be very careful. There are other pilates studios in the area, I suggest trying one of those and avoiding the pilates room.

BEWARE when signing the agreement as monies will keep being deducted if you don't given written notice.
Run more as a business than to suit the needs of the Client.
