Virgin Active Ealing is an overpriced Gym. I have been there for nearly three years and over this time, it has been in steady decline.
The Showers are filthy, changing rooms and toilets are also dirty. The equipment on the gym floor is outdated and often broken. I have seen occasions when equipment is actually unsafe to use!
Complaining to the management, makes no difference as they just use the same excuses.
Virgin active are clearly not interested in investing in this gym as all the money seems to go to the Tier 1 clubs in central London.
I have decided to leave and join another Gym, which costs more per month, but is cleaner and better equipped.
