good gym but the showers need regular cleaning.Sauna is by request but it's part of the membership should be be left on all the time and needs cleaning as well.Nice people,i can clean that for you.

A decent clean gym friendly people.Apart from they put the clock 10 mins forward so they close early and for example if the closing time is 22:00 hrs and if there is no one using the gym at 21:00 they close the gym 1 hr early..not fair thing to do as not everyone finish work early to be there before 21:00..I would not recommend this place to someone who trains late.

Gym only closes early in bad weather, snow for example. As for clocks running slightly fast
This accounts for all those late comers that want one last set and then a shower.
This at least gives the staff a chance to finish on time, like most working people expect.

A very nice gym to train in. People are nice to get along with, and the price for monthly membership is average.
They have a male`s area down stairs and a females area upstairs.
They all so have most of the supplements you need, for average prices.
I've been training there for 8 years and never had any problems.
They have all free weights and machines needed.
