This is by far the organic store in London that is the closest by the ideology of organic, whole, local, diversity, humanity and investing into the future. Fresh high- quality organic produce, a very helpful advice offered kindly by the owner every time, a very human atmosphere, a wide range of smart chosen products in a cosy nice space that manages to relax you for the day and make you forget the post-industrial world outside....a real oasis in the heart of northern London. I love The Olive Tree!

OK well I want to rant just a little - in favourable terms that is. This shop is a goldmine of interesting things to buy including organic veg. Good prices too. The owner is so helpful and cheerful and really has the benefits to his customers at heart.
It's nice to browse in a great atmosphere and they are just opening a juice bar over the Easter hols. Don't miss a trip to this one...
I hope my review is not too enthusiastic or it might be deemed promotional but it is important to support these small shops which I for one appreciate. I used to go there for organic veg and pudding rice and and and on......and I thought it had closed down. Then I spotted it further up the road and was SO pleased it has survived to date.
I immediately went in and got my agave syrup which takes the bitterness off tea without spoiling the flavour. I've just discovered it and it makes a dream organic rice pudding.
