I had a voucher which included highlights, cut and blow dry.
The guy who did my hair looked unprofessional and he didn't seem to have any knowledge about hair style. After I explained how I liked my hair to be done (it wasn't easy coz he didn't speak English), HE was asking me to choose a colour for my highlights (after I showed him how I wanted). I never saw a hairdresser taking off the colour with a wet cloth.About the cut, I told him I wanted On layers.Well, they are awful; left side longer than the right one. The blow dry was horrible. I'll never go back. Also staff wasn't friendly

Had a kgb voucher for haircut and highlight; was very disappointed with the service; waited for more than half an hour before the lady took me; also the hairdresser would not listen to what you want but did what she wants to. Saloon is filthy and the smell of cigarette is all around when the hairdresser is doing the hair cut. Every now and then she would stop to talk to someone. She did not look professional at all; arguing with two customers while I was there; would not go again and do not recommend anyone to go there.

I purchased a KGB deal for highlights at this salon and this ended up being the worst haircolouring disaster I have experienced. The main stylist ignored what I wanted and ended up giving me bleached highlights on my naturally dark hair which were uneven and patchy. When I got home, I saw the full extent of the unprofessional job and was in tears. I spent a substantial amount of money on what I had hoped would be a professional service but I was beyond disappointed. I would never recommend this salon to anyone unless they want to have their hair ruined. Such awful and poor customer service!

Really awful- would not recommend!
I purchased a KGB voucher for what looked like a great value deal- however if offered a free treatment I wouldn't come back. The service was unprofessional and rude. It appeared that since the service had been paid for already with the voucher she didn't care anymore. Had to wait twenty minutes in the salon just to make an appointment. RUDE, AWFUL AWFUL HIGHLIGHTS AND V UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have just has my nails done at this salon and I am so very disappointed. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I would never go back there again - not even if you paid me.
I had to do my own cuticles, cut and file my own nails!!!
The manager was in the middle of blowing another customers hair and then walked out to have smoke!!!
One staff memeber was so lovely and clearly very unhappy working for a woman who has no customer service skills. The other was as rude as the manager.
The salon is filthy.

Had my hair done by Alex yesterday and could not be happier. She was really friendly and professional and talked me through the whole process. After care tips were really handy too and the price was very reasonable.
I will definatly be going back again big thanks to Alex!

I have just had my second Brazilian Blowdry done by Alex at Art of London salon, Fulham. She is great - very friendly and professional and her Brazilian Blowdrys are the best I have ever had done on my hair, the last one lasted nearly 5 months which is fantastic. I am about to make an appointment with her to do my highlights as well!
I am also recommending her to my friends!

I'm a blonde so maintaining my hair is very expensive! This is my second time seeing Alex and she is one the best hairdressers I've been to! She's honest and is knowledgable about types of hair and what treatments are good. I got the keratin Brazilian blowout done 3 days ago and my hair has never felt better! Alex is a star!! :)

She explained whole treatment and aftercare in detail and not just recommended the best aftercare treatment but also gave extra tips from where I can get the best deal. That's not all, Alex even offered a wash, treatment and blow dry, which sadly I had to let go, thanks to the 48 hr tube strike. Today, I have washed, treated and blow dried my hair and I am very happy. My hair looks gorgeously soft & stylish. Thanks Alex!

This is a very friendly salon with great prices. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is alot more relaxed than I've felt in some chain salons.I was pleased with the highlights by Alex who understood what I wanted in terms of shades. I was glad I visited,a bargain for the price. :)

I just had a full head of highlights and a cut today with Alex. She is a very experienced hairdresser who knows her job. She fixed my hair and gave me a completely new look!
Fast booking an appointment, amazingly kind service and affordable prices. Highly recommended and definitely going back!

I've been doing my hair for the first time at this salon and had to wait for nearly half an hour by a hairdresser when she arrived at the salon to do my hair, she began to argue with another hairdresser who had received me kindly as I waited for be seen. I was surprised to know that she was the manager of the salon because she has no attitude to be business manager.

My boyfriend came back last night from having his hair cut with Ashley and she had done an amazing job.
He has always been one of the boys who hates haircuts, but i think Ashley has changed his opinion.
I had my hair cut not so long ago here and loved it.
Ashley really is a hairdresser who can not only do all hair types adn genders, but do them all very very well.

I loved it. Ashley is absolutely lovely, friendly and kind. I not only got an amazing highlights, hair cut and blow dry but I also got some really useful tips, all for only £65. Ashley clearly loves what she does, which is reflected in the price and also the standard of the hair colour and cut.

I will definitely be going back and recommneding to all of my friends.

Having just moved here I was apprehensive about going to a new salon. I was very presently surprised however and not only by the price(£65 for highlights, cut and blow dry, a steal in London!) I have a fab new do and the staff were very friendly and accommodating I will definatly be going back!

You feel welcome, you feel at home, and you get exactly the hairstyle you want, for a very low price.

I won't forget my first visit there, last July: It was so hot and I felt a bit lost as I had just arrived in London... I entered
Ashley's salon randomly, and was instantly offered a large glass of chilled water.. and a big smile...So comforting! I knew I had found my new hairdresser :)
