Poor service: made to wait 30 minutes whilst hairdresser had a conversation then left the premise for a break.
Overpriced. No clarity on pricing.

The lady who does nails does not have professional equipment. Only ordinary paper files do not use the milling machine. When I asked her about the nail method, she quit because she didn't want to expose herself to negative feedback. Her nails were neglected and dirty. This is the first time I meet such an experience.

Masks are not worn by many customers and this is not challenged when they enter the salon. Seats are not sanitised in between paying customers, the basics make all the difference. Same comb used on me as was used on others straight away.
It would also be good to know if the staff have been vaccinated given the conversation and observation and attitudes towards COVID_19 as this is not responsible!
Respect lives = improve custom!

This is a hairdresser that caters for all hair.
There is also one stylist who is Afro Caribbean that caters for Afro hair.
She accepts cash only not ideal in the middle of a pandemic.
Cons: This stylist doesn’t answer her mobile phone or call back or return messages.
It has been unfortunate that there is no price list either as each visit I have paid something different each time. Including paying more simply for the stylist using a brush than a regular blow dry!
