they are terrible at keeping time, I made an appointment for 4 pm, I arrived at 3:45 pm… they asked to wait 5 minutes for one of them to have breakfast, even that ok…. the guy disappeared, I was about an hour longer waiting for the other guy to come back from the cafe, and the other guy was free and passed someone else on my schedule
