Mr Topper

I would recommend this branch of Mr Topper's because you can get highlights starting from £20. I got 21 foils in one colour for this price and was very happy with the results. My hairdresser was Francesca. She was very professional and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted before she started work. It only took just over an hour and the colour was perfect.

I popped into this branch on a Saturday morning and paid £7.00 for a great cut(price recently gone up, still a bargain though!). I was thoroughly impressed by their setup. I will be going back.
