Impact

I was visiting this salon for many years and would travel from west London after I moved from the Earlsfield area. I had an appointment there when I was six months pregnant only to arrive at the salon to be told I was half an hour late and they could not see me. This was the manager (he may not be there now) and the hairdresser I had been seeing for years who had previously both been incredibly nice and professional - hence why I travelled an hour to get there. So rather than the salon phone me to ask me where I was when they thought I was late (I was actually sitting in a cafe up near the station cause I thought I was early!) they waited until I arrived and just flat out refused to see me; which resulted in me turning around and travelling an hour home by train - six months pregnant. I've never forgotten how I was treated that day - an absolute disgrace and I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy.
