Hip Hair

I use Eric (Hip Hair) sometimes twice monthly as I suffer with growing grey roots and it really brings me down. The moment I phone Eric and explain my situation, he will try his very best to fit me in and look after me as he always done and I have never walked out of his salon without comments and feeling good about myself. Eric is extremely talented and is very good with colours - always manage to advise you before he does your treatment. Sometimes clients does not take his advice and go ahead anyway and I believe that is where the complaints lie. It's not Eric or Hip Hair its the clients.

Terrible service, amateur hairdressers who are incredibly rude. First and last time I will ever use them.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

I've been three times now - very good and always come out looking better than when I went in!

Awful!!! Service was awful as we're my highlights !! Had to go back so they could fix it and literally walked out in tears!!

After a visit to Hip Hair for an appointment, I was very disappointed. The cut was not at all what I asked for but worse still was the reaction when I called the following day to express my disappointment. The man a spoke to was rude, defensive and aggressive.
I will never go back!

My favourite hairdressers in London.....I've been going to hip hair for many years & always come out feeling great! Eric always talks me through what is & isn't possible for my hair. Im very fussy with my hair but I feel 100% confident in this shops care. Beautiful shop where u get spoilt with fruit, fresh flowers, herbal tea & wine :)

I have been going to Hip Hair for over 5 years now and would not trust my hair to any other hairdresser because finally I found someone who understands my hairdressing need. The manager is very experienced with colour and I have many times heard him advise clients on their visit about what would be best for their hair having heard what they wanted. I have had compliments on the colour, cut and style of my hair every time I visited the salon. When I feel stressed I go get my hair done as the service is so good and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.I look forward to the head, shoulder & upper back massage which you are offered and I come away feeling happy, relaxed and satisfied. It’s a real treat going to Hip Hair and I would highly recommend it.

Really the very best hairdressers I have ever been to.
The highlights are always perfect, the cuts are too. As someone who struggles to sit still for more than 15 minutes I always actually look forward to my trips to get my hair done - friendly staff, a glass of wine, fruit, magazines, a massage & perfect locks. Would 100% recommend.

Hip Hair is an excellent hairdressers, very personal and friendly, highly attentive, the best place in London!

I have been going to HIp hair for 3 years now and I can't believe that there is no review of them on this website. They cut my hair beautifully each time I go there and there hospitality is above anything I have ever seen before. They always serve me with strawberries, chocolate, wine and a cold drink of my choice, wash my hair with the finest of products and massage my head before cutting it. HIp hair is super clean and the quality is AMAZING. Please, please try if you haven't already!!!!!
