I've been getting my hair done at this salon since 2009 I was only 15 years old and had no clue what to do with my hair. The salon manager educated me on how to maintain my 3c / 3a hair, She is an expert with Afro kinky, Curly hair and knows a lot about European hair too. This is a good place to get a weave, hair extensions, relaxer or even box braids done, I've had every style you can think of and they always bring my ideas to life. Their service every time is amazing. They go beyond and above for their clients. I always feel welcome and appreciated by all staff members. The salon also professionally qualified hairdressers. So every penny spent on my treatments or hairstyles is worth it.

I had extentions put in it was put in so badly that it started coming out on day 2. I finally had it all taken out a week later and was told I would receive a refund that was early June 2011 and still no refund. £180 for 2 days wear!

All Hair extensions that are put in must follow the correct process, i. e no oil should be applied on to the hair, hair should not be washed within the first four days and the correct brush and comb should be used if customers do not follow this process hair extension (micro bonds) may fall out, a refund is always returned within 28 days.
