I had extentions put in it was put in so badly that it started coming out on day 2. I finally had it all taken out a week later and was told I would receive a refund that was early June 2011 and still no refund. £180 for 2 days wear!  All Hair extensions that are put in must follow the correct process, i. e no oil should be applied on to the hair, hair should not be washed within the first four days and the correct brush and comb should be used if customers do not follow this process hair extension (micro bonds) may fall out, a refund is always returned within 28 days.
