One of the worst hairdressing experiences of my life, even worse than the mushroom-head haircuts my mum use to give me when I was 5. On a scale from 0 to bad? I made an account just to come on here and share this, so pretty bad.

Poor customer service. Walked in, wasn't even busy but no one seemed to want to serve me.. took a while until somebody realised what I was doing in their shop and that I probably wanted a haircut. The lady I went with didn't speak much English and didn't understand what I wanted at all. When asked to do one thing she would end up doing something else. Made an ABSOLUTE MESS of my hair. Cut most of it onto my clothes, didn't bother covering me up properly to which I only realised halfway through. After completely ruining the cut, told her it looked 'a bit odd' so asked for her professional advice on what she could do to even it out. In reply she just backed away holding out her hands in some sort of defence gesturing a 'I dunno don't ask me'. This is not what you would expect from any professional hairdresser.. poor attitude, absolutely disgraceful. Just when I thought the whole ordeal was over she topped things off by styling my hair with wax that smelt like a mouldy dead animal.

Never going again. Quite frankly, the only cuts they should seriously consider having there are job cuts.

I think this was a fab place... i would go there again. I had my hair cut and it came out awesome. I recomend this place to everyone as they are unisex
