I had been a loyal customer for over 6 years and had introduced many of my friends to this salon.
I recently had a double appointment booked for my daughter and I, but unfortunately I was running 9 minutes late!
When I arrived the salon was very quiet. The staff were all stood chatting.
I was told by the reception girl that she had 'just' tried to call me as they would not have time to fulfill the drying of my hair (my hair is easy!) and were reluctant to commence the apts. despite having now arrived she asked if I'd like to rebook!
I find it hard to believe how critical those 9 minutes are to an EMPTY salon!
I told her 'no' and walked out.
When I later picked up a voicemail from the salon they had actually called me just 5 minutes into my appointment slot to remind me of my apt and asked if I'd like to reschedule!!
Disappointing customer service which has lost them a longstanding customer and any future referrals!
