One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire life. They attended to me almost 45 minutes after entering on time for my appointment. One lady did the cornrows and another older lady did the main weave. She put the closure on but I told her I wanted a side parting. She was arranging it in a way that the parting was low on my face so I said I didn’t want it like that. She no proceeded to tell me that when she starts doing the weave it will look better. Then she did the weave and I told her I want the whole weave used. She got to the end and the top of the head was so elevated that it looked like I was wearing two wigs. Furthermore she didn’t even finish the weave but just put excess hair at the top. Due to her sluggish and incompetence I was in the salon for four hours. This is a very unrealistic time for a simple weave. At the end the hair looked lopsided and the side parting I wanted looked like a failed middle parting. Above that, the head was bumpy and it was due to big cornrows underneath. After two days the weave already started falling out. I paid £45 for this and I can’t believe I wasted my money and time. It’s outrageous that they had no remorse and were still trying to say that it looked fine. Never will I ever recommend this place to anyone. They should be shut down.
