Customer service has gone down the drain. I went in for a normal cut. I asked for 1 inch to be cut off. Woman completely ignored me and cut off 4inches. She messed up my hair and when I told her she cut it too short she got angry and abusive. She took the mat which goes arnd my neck off and left a bruise. Also rudely said "You still have to pay for it" even though she did not finish my cut. She messed up my hair and was highly rude.Manager did not say anything even though I complained. Stay well away. I would not recommend this plac!!!
