what a lovely experience. the staff were very friendly and professional. i was offered refreshments as soon as i was sat down and my stylist was not long in seeing me. they have a seperate shampoo area called the wash house which was so relaxing and private. i had a treatment called 'lemon aid' which was rinsed off with sparkling water! wow! it was amazing! my cut and colour were also just as brilliant. i would like to say thanks to all the staff for such a relaxing and differant experience. and a big thank you to my stylist helen, i love my hair see you soon (ive booked my next one already)
