They couldn't cut a side fringe to save their lives. I simply asked for layers and a side fringe, which the hairdresser seemed to think I meant a wonky/crooked STRAIGHT bangs. I had to go home and re-cut it myself because it looks so ridiculous. Admittedly, the rest of my hair seems ok. So if you want a relatively cheap-ish haircut, or just a little touch up, then go for it. But heads up, you get what you pay for. I only went there because it was convenient and cheaper compared to others in my area.
