Awful experience. I asked for the back of hair only to be trimmed. The hairdresser did not listen and four times I had to ask him to stop cutting the fromt of my hair and layers. They don't listen. He hacked off two years worth of growth and I had to repeatedly ask him to stop cutting the front and sides. No heat protection, no mirror to see the back, and no conversation. if you want a sissor happy moody hairdresser then go there, otherwise avoid it. I regret so much going there the guy ruined my hair.
