I had highlights & cut today at Rush in Ealing Broadway. Katie was excellent, very professional, communicated with me throughout & ensured my expectations were met. I am very happy with my cut & colour, even my partner noticed & commented on how good I looked. I highly recommend Katie at Rush in Ealing.
I will not be going back to Rush Ealing. I asked for a trim and left with about 4inches of my hair cut off in a completely different style from what I had requested.
Any women reading this will know how awful it is when you have been growing your hair for several years and then one idiot hairdresser cuts it all off! I am extremely unhappy and would recommend everyone to avoid!
They also offered me a treatment which I went for, but they failed to explain it would be an added £40. I have had treatments in the past at much more prestigious and professional salons such as Toni and Guy and they have only been £15-£20!
In total my bill came to £90 for a cut I did not ask for and a below par treatment.
I went to Rush in Ealing, London and saw Laura - she gave me a really great hair cut. I have long curly hair and Laura shaped and layered my hair very well. I would highly recommend her.
I went into the Salon as I wanted to get my hair done before my holiday, little did I realise what I got myself into. I had a stylist who couldn't speak English and didn't know what I was saying. I asked for highlights and came out with the same outgrown ombre I had to begin with just a lighter. When I went into the store I got quoted £130 for a cut, blow dry and colour. Half way through I then asked how much it would be without the cut and I got quoted £100. When it was time to pay I got told to pay £130 despite getting quoted £100. I asked why and the manager said I would have got a free hair cut but failed to mention this. Also the game price doesn't correspond to the 50% off sale.
I had my Color and hair cut done today at RUSH EALING and Jessica did a really good job. I have been to many hairdressers and many times I wasn't happy with either colour or hair cut. I was always thinking how this simple the h&s can go wrong. But I left this place happy and thankful to Jessica who did great job. Nice and clean place. Very professional and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it:) CLEAN PLACE +GOOD PRICES +PROFFESIONAL PEOPLE = SUCESS
Tried Rush for the first time about 3/4 weeks ago and can honestly I've been left with the most disappointing hair cut I've had in years. The hairdresser talked me into having a £35 conditioning treatment as my hair was dry, she said it would last for up to 6 weeks which is absolutely not the case. I asked for the ends to be trimed but needed my fridge cut short and styled as it had grown out. We agreed on 1 inch to be taken from the ends but she took about 4, the layers are terrible and hardly touched the fridge. I can't remember the last time i have felt so uncomfortalble with my hair.
I went to have a simple trim and tidy up of my hair, but unfortunately the Style Director ignored what I said and took about 4 inches of hair off. He didn't even bother consulting me on how I would like the blow dry. It looked awful, so choppy and short. Definitely will not be going back there or recommend going there. Is it really so much to ask of a hairdresser to take a few minutes (not seconds) to consult with me on how I (not he) would like my hair to look?!
I have been visiting Rush Ealing for a while now and Jenny has been my hairdresser throughout. She is absolutely brilliant. She has excellent customer service skills. I wouldn't want anyone else to style my hair.
After searching for salon for some time in Ealing and not be satisfied with the service or cut, I finally found Rush in Ealing. The staff are very attentive from the moment you walk in. The stylists are genuinely interested in giving you the best possible service and actually listen to your requirements. I have Lucy the Manager of the shop to do my hair and she always does an amazing job. This place is not pretentious like some other salons. I have been going there since it opened and have never looked back.
I visited this salon for the first time having never been to a high street salon. Wow! I've been missing out, my stylist gave me the best hair cut I've ever had taking time out to recommend the best style for me. Will definitely be going back!
Love my new colour and cut! Thanks to my stylist for a refreshing new colour, what a change to be given plenty off advice on styling.Loved the glass of wine it was much needed after long day at work.Thankyou Rush ill be back soon!
My regular hair dresser was away for couple of weeks and I had to have my hair cut done before my holiday. I went to Rush (as their location was convenient for me) and I'm afraid that was a mistake. I got the worse hair cut ever (...and the most expensive one) at Rush. The stylist did not understand at all what I wanted. I asked to make some correction after she finished her job, but she did not seem to be on the same page with me at all. Week weeks later I was on holiday in Spain and my hair looked very poor and I did not feel good with it at all. They don’t speak much English in this part of Spain, but I was desperate and decided to give a try and went to a tiny hair dresser in the small village and with my very little Spanish I managed to explain the guy what I wanted and he did absolutely amazing hair cut (..and the price was funny by the way).
It is not the saloon and how much you pay, but the hair dresser skills what matters. Unfortunately I can't say that senior stylist at Rush had skills to make a good hair cut. Won't go there again and wouldn’t recommend Rush to any of my friend.
