Despite moving out of the area, I'm still returning to Holistic on West End Lane. Ask for Sammy- she is super efficient, generous with her time and takes care to get the finish you want. I'm never disappointed with my highlights and cut. I can see the other staff also have regular clients and my experience of going there has always been an all round good one.

Fantastic friendly salon, with dedicated and professional attitude. Have regular appointments with both hair and beauty treatments. Reasonable prices too.

I used to go here all the time and It was great, recently it has gone down hill. After my last appt I'm never going back, I asked for a light golden brown hair colour, they dyed it dark dark brown- now I have to bleach it to fix it as it looks disgusting! Never again

I've been to 3 of the Holistic salon over the years and I have always had a great experience. I like to say the Belsize Village is my favorite as they have a great team and atmosphere. I started to see Laura there, and now will not go to see anyone else.

I've really enjoyed coming here since last 2 years. Holistic Hair and Beauty in West Hamsted has hair salon and beauty therapy sections and I am booking my appointments with the beauty therapist Laura , once you're inside the treatment room you forget that you're in the buzzy London. Super comfy

Yes the salon needs a refurb as is looking old and dirty. serice has been a bit grey lately, but on saturday i had my haircut by an older English man who listened and done exactly as i wanted.Top service cant thank them enough

I have been a customer of this salon for a long time.I saw gradually the service and the atmosphere changing until the last time: The receptionist without warning took suddenly the hairdryer from the person in charge of my blow dry and sent her to another customer who was waiting for a shampoo. Then she started to dry my hair saying that she had never dried anyone's hair except hers! I had to dry my hair by myself. Finally the receptionist agreed that she made a big mistake but it was too late. I decided that it would be my last experience there. In the past I used to recommend the place. I would not do it again obviously. I left Holistic very upset and my hair unachieved! Not relaxing at all.

WORST hair cut I have ever had. Appalling attitude. The hair cutter did the opposite to what was asked, and when I addressed the issue the other hairdresser came over and got involved and told me I was wrong! I am seething over this.

this is one of the snobbiest salons i have ever been to! they are shokingley big-headed and my hair was not all that at the end! please avoid if you want nice hair and dont have to deal with a bad attitude :)

This is the only hairdresser I have ever been to where I have come away feeling satisfied. They listened to what I wanted and they charged a reasonable price. I dreaded the time when I would have to regularly go to a hairdresser (to obliterate the dreaded grey) as my previous experiences had been horrendous - either being charged a king's ransom for a few highlights or being left with hair that had to be hidden under a hat..........or both!
I would definitely recommend Holistic Hair & Beauty (West Hampstead).

I have to say Laura - you immediatedly understood what I wanted (always difficult to explain 'a bit here and less here'), and I am really happy with the result. What is more, you were very friendly, accommodating and professional - all thrown together. I shall be back, but only when I can get you to do the job.

Been going there for years, prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly!!

My girlfriend had her hair cut at this salon and the guy completely ignored her request to slightly shorten her hair and cut half of it off. He then said at the end he did it even though she hadn't asked for it. My advise is AVOID!
