My late husband and I have been using Mary and George services for many years. They are such lovely couple and George with his charm and joke always entertaining.
The price is very reasonable and worth every penny.
Although I don't leave in Clapham anymore, I still always come to Mary for my haircut. She knows exactly what I like, all I do is just sit there and sipping a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine.
What a bliss !

Had a wonderful haircut at Mason Rose, and George was very
entertaining too. His prices are extremely reasonable.

25 year old with blonde hair wanting natural highlights. George's salon is a little old school but he is a very talented hair dresser and colourist! He listened carefully to what I wanted and produced exactly that (a sienna miller type look) his attension to detail is outstanding and he is throurough and really takes his time! He is very reasonably priced for a London salon and chucks in little perks like a sandwich and a free mousse he thought I'd like. He brings back what's missing in modern day salons which is time and quality. I will definitely be returning!

George is brilliant. My hair has never been highlighted so well, the cost is beyond reasonable and there's even a glass or two of wine thrown in.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon and will definitely be going back.

I had my hair cut and highlighted last Saturday and was really pleased with the results.
The service was perfect and very personal, George met with me before my appointment to discuss the colour and style which put me at ease - as it is always daunting changing to a new hairdressers!
I have tried so many hairdressers in London and I have never been happy with the results - I am happy now I have finally found a hairdresser that knows what I want, listens to me and is excellent value for money! I will be returning for my next hair cut and will be recommending the salon to friends and fami

I was inconsolable when my previous hairdresser left the salon near my work. How could I find another hairdresser that understood curly/wany hair?!? Then my sister stumbled upon George at Maison Rose.
Not only is he very, very well priced at £20 for a wash & cut, he also gives you a glass of wine, brilliant.
If the wine and the friendly chat wasn't enough to keep me coming back, the cut is amazing. I couldn't recommend George highly enough.

Although George Provided a good haircut i found him to be overpriced. He was very welcoming but i found that he didnt really listen to what i wanted in regards to my hair-instead he got a bit carried away and ended up doing what he wanted
It was an ok experience but i dont think i will be making a second trip back !

After recieving my quote over the phone for an extremely reasonably priced cut and blow dry, I booked but felt slightly nervous as the appointment day approached...surely it won't be the best hair do at that price. How wrong was I! George is my new hero, a great talent who seemed to be loved by all of his regulars. A glass of wine later and with the best haircut for a long time I walked out amazed. Look no further...this is the place to go.

I adore George. Maison Rose is more than a haircut, its an experience. It's wine, and banter, and a kiss on the cheek when you walk in.
Without fail, i receive an amazing cut, and walk out feeling a million fold better than i did walking in.
It's more than a diamond, its the best hairdresser you will find.

Truly George is a gem and Maison Rose is the best salon I have ever been to. George does the best highlights in London at the best price, he does a full head of ultra slim highlights and uses special wraps instead of foils. I went in with a patchy faded red mass and came out looking like Marilyn Monroe (I had been to other salons who said they could not make me blonde again or they did a strand test that went orange - George got silvery blonde with no problems or damage). Also I got chocolates, wine and a free shampoo and conditioner! Expert knowledge and does not brake the bank.

this is the best hairdresser I have been to in the UK! George is fabulous, very friendly and he gave me a fantastic haircut (along with a free glass of wine and some product!) Very reasonably priced too. I would definately recommend.
