Awful on every level

Actually had amiable service but ten minutes spent cutting long hair in preparation for a wedding and honestly the worst cut I've ever had. Layers not matched up, flat cut ends that look awful. What should have been a simple neatening up was carelessly done. Either he was incompetent or didn't car

Even though it is a bit pricey, each time I get my haire cut at salon it looks amazing! Each time I go to another hairdresser, I always end up coming back to this one. They know how to cut haire!

To be honest,
I haven't actually made it into the door.
But someone who is rude on the phone when asking questions (including sighing) and whispering to somebody else whilst I'm talking doesn't deserve my custom.

I've never been to Toni and Guy and now I guess I will never!

I had my hair highlighted with Joseph and it came out beautifully. I have received many compliments- even from other hairdressers. His service was friendly and he actually listened to my needs and best of all- it came out the way he told me it would. I will be back. Many thanks Marlene dP

I worked at TONY&GUY for work experience and hearing that review shocked me as when i was working at that placement last year i had a really good experience.
Those two weeks were really good and the employee's were really welcoming and supportive throughout my time there.
They're a great, respectable and welcoming salon.
i would highly recomend this salon to anyone who's looking for a fresh new look and a great salon to go to

I had my hair cut in a few different places but never been as happy and pleased with my cut like i was with toni & guy sloane sq.
So after having a consultation i went back for colour aswell, the team was very friendly & patient, they recommended different colours and in the end i really loved my colour. The whole team were welcoming and caring.
I have already recommended them to a few friends. Toni & Guy truly have a high standard of customer service and training.

I just had a nightmare at Toni & guy Sloane sq. They burnt a big chunk of my hair off and forgot to put in my lowlights. When i came back to give them a chance to sort it out, they were so rude i ended up walking out. They took no responsibility at all and lied to my face. If you like your hair, dont go to Toni & Guy Sloane sq! / Tess
