I totally agree with Kitty. Paris also cuts my hair but I have been going to this salon on and off for 22 years and I would trust any other stylist to cut my hair.
I have removed 1 point because the wash chairs are extremely uncomfortable and when the salon had a re-fit that they did not take the opportunity to replace them disappointed me.

I have been cutting and coloring my hair here for almost 5 years. I have very curly very thick dark hair and I have had my share of bad haircuts elsewhere. I have to admit it is pricy, but I am willing to pay £30 more than I would somewhere else to guarantee a perfect haircut every time, color that suits my skin tone and my hair and very friendly brilliant staff. Paris cuts my hair though Robert has cut it a couple of times when she has been on holiday and Aaron or James color it. Plus I practically swear by their curly hair products!

I have found the staff extremely attentive and keen to please - I have difficult, curly hair and am looking for a very specific 'look' and I found them keen to give me what I wanted even if it took ages.
The only down side is the cost, I think it's very expensive, costing almost £200 for a colour and cut, but worth it for the service. Robert cuts and Stephanie colours and they make a good double act.

I had a terrible experience with Rick. I scheduled an appointment for styling and he basically did nothing. I asked for volume and style and he just dried it flat stating that it what i was asking went against VS philosophy. Yet he still took the money and was completely indifferent to the customer needs. I don't think VS stands against customer satisfaction. I ended up styling it myself at the hotel.
