Mirror Mirror

Regular customer. Never been disappointed. Always polite and friendly. Always offer tea. Never wait long. Excellent haircuts. However, I've not yet sampled their beauty treatments. Isn't it interesting that the last 3 'bad' reviews have been posted by the same person...

I popped into Mirror Mirror yesterday to get a menicure for the first time, they could only do a shape and polish which was fine and charged me £18.. it took hardly any time as she put no effort into it, my nails are not evenly shapped at all which i didn't realise till i left the shop. This was the worst shape and polish i'd ever had and the most expensive. I now have to take off the one coat of clear polish to touch up an expensive mistake - please don't be fooled by the nice looking shop in a nice area. Please search out somewhere else to go.

Beware! I just had a bikini wax at Mirror Mirror and although their price list specifies Bikini £14.50 and Brazilian 'by quotation' there is nothing on there about a high bikini wax. I had a 'high bikini' although in truth it was absolutely no different to the standard ones I have had elsewhere and they charged me £25! The rooms are dirty too and the staff were very unsympathetic to the fact that they completely ripped me off.

very poor. Haircut was rushed through in about 15 minutes, my bag and coat were just put on the floor. The result was very disappointing and I've made another appointment with Toni ang Guy to correct it. Maybe just about worth £5 but not £27. Don't go here.
