Sabrina has been cutting my hair since September 2014 and every single time I have been in for a haircut I left the salon extremely happy. I showed her a picture of how want my hair to look like and in under 8 months my hair is exactly the same as in the picture!
She is the only hairstylist that knows how to deal with thick curly hair - in my opinion! Sabrina always advises me on how to keep my hair healthy - she really knows her stuff!
In conclusion, Supercuts the Plaza is a 10/10. All the stylists including Sabrina, Abby and Marvia are so laid back and KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY CUT HAIR!!!

As a young guy in my 20's, I find it difficult to get a stylist who understands what I'm looking for in a haircut, and who really listens to what I ask -I'm sure I'm not the only one!
I work near the Plaza on Oxford Street, and out of complete desperation to find a decent cut, I thought I would try it.
Best decision of the year!
I was met by Sabrina, who had such an infectious smile I couldn't feel more at ease. She sat me down and listened to every detail, constantly checking with me along the way.
The cut was superb and the customer service - faultless.

I was passing through the west one shopping mall when I came across Supercuts.
When I walked in I was warmly greeted by one of the stylist. I asked if they had any appointments available today and the stylist told me that it was a no appointment system and that I could get my hair done straight away, I couldn’t have been happier to hear that I would be seen to straight away.
The stylist introduced herself. Her name was Sabrina. She asked me exactly what I would like to have done to my hair. I often find it hard to explain how I would like my hair to be but, Sabrina understood exactly wha

I arrived at Supercuts in Bond Street station at about 7pm on a Wednesday, after failing to find another salon nearby that could take me at short notice. I'd heard negative reviews of Supercuts previously and was a little worried, but decided it was worth a shot.
I couldn't have been more wrong. I had a lovely stylist called Nina who listened to everything I said and checked with me before she made each major cut. I came away with a great haircut, haircare advice and a cost of just £26. I'm very happy with that.

Do not risk damaging your hair and wasting your money at SUPERCUTS IN BOND STREET STATION. !I have heard from other experienced hairdressers that Supercuts allow hairdressers who are only partly qualified to work for them, and I now
believe this is true. I basically left Supercuts in Bond street with THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR! I asked for my roots to be coloured the same colour as the rest of my hair and for a few blonde highlights to be added,- my hair is a honey blonde/ brownish colour, I now have dark brown roots and my hair has been darkened / toned down rather than brightened !Before the manager died it dark brown, my roots were coloured by a hairdresser called Stella/ sarah, I showed her the colour
of my hair and told her I want my roots coloured the same color ,my natural root colour( black) had grown out, The end result was bright red/ ginger routes- COMPLETE MISMATCH. I asked her to change this , she rudely blamed me and then recoloured the
roots again which made no difference, she told another hairdresser she would leave the dye on for 10 mins, but washed it off after 1. I then had to suffer the embarrassment of this the next day at work. I phoned back to speak with the manager at Supercuts the next day, requesting a refund, she refused and insisted that they could fix the problem if i came into the salon. The manager was very rude to the other staff -(about things unrelated to this incident ) , and after her over -praising, complimenting the new unrequested colour she applied, and all of the arguing and complaining over 2 days , i accepted what she had done and said it was ok on an incident form, which was obviously foolish of me, but i simply wanted to escape the salon and the uncomfortable distressing situation. I saw the first hair dresser who made my roots ginger do a really bad blow dry on someone else who also complained so I should have realized then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT SUPERCUTS -BOND STREET, OR RISK DAMAGING GYOUR HAIR THEIR
