I visited Burlington's yesterday for a 1 hour glam and go make over. The store has a nice feel to it, and the lady who did my hair was very chatty and polite. she did a lovely job on my hair, although would have preferred tighter curls. I had my make up done by another friendly lady, she did my make up beautifully, although i did have to go home and touch up mascara as it was a bit too minimal for my liking. overall, i had a great experience and would definitely go back there again. |

Too much hard sell- not enough customer care ! The photoshoot was great fun but aftercare no so much fun. I had the photoshoot there on 15th Feb - I paid £1500 for 26 photos and am still waiting for them, I was told 3 weeks. The customer service is appalling several phone calls with no call back - I would not recommend which is sad because the day was good fun. |

I had a Wowcher Voucher for T Bar highlights, and was not told I needed a skin test by the receptionist on the phone. This was corrected by giving me a free hair conditioning treatment and cut. However 2 weeks later, not even 5 washes, and my hair is in a worse state than before my cut. I loved the salon, was treated really nicely, but I think the scissors were blunt.. Won't be returning unless they start sharpening their scissors! Everything else was great! |
