My experience at Adams Hair Design in Southfields has been excellent. The owner and sole stylist, Lisa, moved to her small, inviting spot from her big salon across the street a few years ago. Lisa now provides all services by herself, and I couldn't be happier. I've been to top-notch, expensive salons/stylists for my cuts and colouring in London and in the States--Boston and San Diego--and find Lisa to be highly skilled and very pleasant.

It's great to know exactly who will colour, wash, cut and style my hair, no junior staff in training, no strangers. Just talented, warm Lisa, in her nice little salon.

Adams Hair is a wonderful salon. Lisa is an amazing stylist and colourist, she recently cut and coloured my hair and the results were perfect. I was unsure what colour highlights to have but Lisa recommended colours that complimented my skin tone and really brought out my eyes.
I always have a lovely and relaxed experience at Adams Hair, Lisa is experienced, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, we also manage to have a good chat whilst she does my hair.

This place is shockingly atrocious. The woman who cut my hair had very basic English so she didn't really understand what I wanted. Even a picture didn't help. She did exactly what I told her I DIDN'T want. Had to cut my hair myself when I got home just to fix it so that I could go out in public. AVOID!!! You are better off having a go yourself with your kitchen scissors. Seriously. The only reason they even get a one star rating is because zero isn't an option when submitting a review.

Terrible place.
I went for colour and when I came back home I realised my hair wasn't washed properly so I had to wash it again and ruin a 30-pound blow-dry!
The service is awful as well. Really unfriendly personal, the lady just wanted to go home and didn't care what was she doing. Usually I love my hair being washed but this time it was not only useless but extremely painful! Just don't go there!

Average hair cut but poor service. Hoping for some professional advice on a difficult parting but told "there's nothing you can do with that". I was not happy with my fringe & when I told the stylist, her response was "yeah, well what's wrong with it?" Salon had an unprofessional & unwelcoming

i have had my hair coloured in many salons over the years and have never really been happy with the results. i decided to try adams about 2 years ago and have never looked back. i have two shades of blonde high lights and i am always happy with the results. after 2 years of using adams my hair is the best it has ever looked and i would not use any other salon. i have jane who is the senior stylist but i have had other stylist and have always been happy. after many years of bad cuts and colour elsewere adams have made my life less stressful

I had my hair dyed at Adam and the colourist completely ruined my hair. They may be good for a haircut, but stay away from getting colour done. My beatiful hair (which took 7 years to grow) was damaged beyond repair after a colour vist at Adams. Stay away!

The quality of the cut was good and a little bit cheaper than larger chains. The Salon was clean and the staff were friendly and proffesional. The owner is the top stylist and works full time in the salon and I think this helps maintain the standards at Adams. The only negative point was that I was not offered coffee, however, since I am a guy my cut was quick and maybe they offer coffee during longer treatments. I will use Adams again for sure. Frank J.
